Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using GainTrackerGo

Introduction

Welcome to GainTrackerGo, a mobile application developed by Nuxweb ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using GainTrackerGo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Nuxweb and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

In-App Purchase Subscription

Premium Subscriptions

GainTrackerGo offers premium subscriptions that can be paid monthly. By purchasing a premium subscription, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Basic Plan: No ads, 2 AI uploads per day, MINT vs BUY strategy access
  • Pro Plan: No ads, 10 AI uploads per day, complete strategies, data export, multi-account management
Payment

Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements using the advertising identifier of your device. By using the App, you agree to the use of your device's advertising identifier for ad display purposes. Premium subscribers will not see advertisements.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal gambling or betting activities.
  • Manipulate or exploit the App's features for unfair advantages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nuxweb, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
